With 7 years of experience in tax preparation and more than 5 years in accounting, Courtney is an Enrolled Agent, full-time Senior Accountant, entrepreneur, and Founder & CEO of Rezzilient Innovations.
Her career gives her a unique seat on both sides of the table: she understands the technical side of accounting and taxation while also understanding what it actually feels like to build, operate, and grow a business.
Courtney founded Rezzilient Innovations with a vision that went far beyond filing tax returns. Today, the firm provides tax preparation and strategy, accounting and advisory, business formation, business growth and funding solutions, consulting, and professional tax education.
Her philosophy is simple: your numbers should tell you what to do next.
Whether she’s helping an individual maximize their financial opportunities, showing a business owner where their money is really going, developing a tax strategy, helping an entrepreneur prepare for funding, or training the next generation of tax professionals, Courtney’s goal is to turn financial information into clarity, strategy, and action.
